$ 10.00 $ 21.00

Fiery Wall of Protection: Surround yourself with this caffeinated, protective fire. Reading the 23rd Psalm over your tea, optional.  This cinnamon and ginger blend helps fill in the gaps in your defenses.  The caffeinated start makes you feel ready to conquer the world!  Fantastic with milk.

Tasting Notes:  Spicy Ginger ale, and her friends Black Pepper and Clove show this Chai who is boss.

Blended with  Ceylon Black tea, Cloves, Black Peppercorns, Cardamom pods, Ginger, Cinnamon Bark.

Suggested Brewing Time and Temperature: This black tea brews best between 195-210 degrees for 2-3 minutes.

Presented in a 6 fl oz tin roughly 14-15 cups of tea. Presented in a 16 fl oz tin, roughly 40 cups of tea depending on preparation strength.  Remember, don't try to make your tea stronger by steeping it longer, it'll get a bitter taste.  Instead, increase the amount of tea you're using.  Don't worry, you can always resteep the leaves.  The general rule is a heaping teaspoon for each teacup you’re brewing.  If you’re using a larger mug, increase the tea too.

"Ha! Can't fool me! This is a chai...and what a fabulous chai it is! I think Amy's gift for blending really comes through on this one. There are many times I used a ritual tea that tasted like swamp (or swamp with a dash of honey or sugar to get it down), thinking about how tasty a "normal" tea would be. Fiery Wall of Protection is good enough to have just for the pleasure of tasting it. This is a good quality chai, with a small peppery bite to compliment but not complete with the cinnamon, clove and other assorted goodness. Try it without sugar and milk if you'd like, but typically chai tea is enhanced by those accouterments, especially if you like things of the sweet side." -Rommy D.
